I came up with a few interesting shouts.

GROUND-ELEVATE-EARTH This is a shout that causes the ground under aimed enemies to push up momentarily making them fly straight-up and cause falling damage or crushing damage if their is a low enough ceiling above. However the disadvantage this shout won't work on wood floors or stone floors.

ARMOR-SPHERE- CONDUCTOR This shout cause a temporary metal sphere to appear floating from the ground which causes enemies who wear metal armor sets to be dragged in be the center helplessly giving the advantage to take them out as a group.
