lol, I had a follower get stuck as a cripple once too, was really weird, just crawled around everywhere, even when he wasn't following me.

If you brawl the lady in the Whiterun inn and knock her down into the bookshelf, she'll be stuck crawling as she can't stand up inside a solid object.
