Even 6 years old kid can understand that glitches happen and it doesn't matter how long you test it. Guess your mental state is bellow six...

I'm sure you meant.. unplayable, rather than "glitches".

Ever heard about Blizzard's or Valve's games having such a bugs on release? Nor did I. And remember that Crytek was pretending to be the elite of developers just like them and now it's losing. We all understand that games have bugs, but then you don't release them unfinished - you move the release date.

You know, having EA as a friend is not easy. They're all about $$. I'm still fan of Crytek - I hope they'll svck it up and do something about the game. I hope they have also learned the lesson and Crysis 3 will not disappoint us so much on release.

I am myself a fan of Crytek. But I want them to own up to their mistakes. No blabber marketing BS that how they are super cool and how pc gaming is important to them.

Quit complaining! If it wasnt for Crytek you never would of played crysis 1 or 2. Why dont you try making a game as good as crysis then have many people complaining and demanding.. its not easy! The amount of work that has to be put in to create a game as good as this is unbelievable. Those who are complaining and demanding you need to have patience... they are aware of many problems but can only fix 1 by 1 and probably nearly every game out there is going to have atleast 1 or a couple of bugs/glitches. Like i said why dont you try making a game as good as crysis first then you can have the right to complain as horrificly as some of you are. Patience.....

There is a difference between bugs/glitches, which I'm sure everyone can live with, and issues that render the game unplayable. That is inexcuseable for something marketed as a finished product.

I can't imagine automobile companies releasing a car with issues making in undriveable when driven off the lot. Or television manufacturers that retail a television that can, for example, only display HDMI input in black and white. Of course I cannot manufacture my own automobile or television set. That is the whole reason why I'm handing over cash. I'm exchanging dollars for expertise in something I cannot produce on my own. In this situation, my expectations of a finished product were not met.

This product was rushed before quality control was complete. Or, quality control procedures and protocol were not properly set and/or followed. That a percentage of people who purchased the game a month ago and still cannot play it as presented naturally should allow for complaints.

I am playing without problem and bunch of other people as well so where do you see here "unplayable game"? Just tell me where, because i am sick of those trolls like yours. Ofc. that there are people with problems but that doesn't mean that game is unplayable =.="

Blizzard didn't release even one game with multi-platform engine nor Velve ;) Crytek is first time making and releasing game with multi-platform engine and it means something can go wrong because they aren't so experience. Despite fact that there are bugs in game, they actually did great job as for first time with multi-platform engine. On another hand, many of AI glitches happen i random places, for example: there was video with CELL soldier standing in tent and doing nothing when player enter tent, but i didn't have this bug, and many other players didn't have it. My point is, you can test game few months 24/7 and there always can happen something wrong in place where last few months of testing didn't show any bugs. And multi-platform engine is not helping make game flawless, so maybe people instead of biching should try to understand them.

FROM ea.com:

Posted by Electronic Arts at 20:08PM on Friday, February, 11, 2011

Crytek has been alerted that an early incomplete, unfinished build of Crysis 2 has appeared on Torrent sites. Crytek and EA are deeply disappointed by the news. We encourage fans to support the game and the development team by waiting and purchasing the final, polished game on March 22. Crysis 2 is still in development and promises to be the ultimate action blockbuster as the series’ signature Nanosuit lets you be the weapon as you defend NYC from an alien invasion. Piracy continues to damage the PC packaged goods market and the PC development community.

I believe Mr. Camarillo himself said: "With 250 people working on a project, thousands of bugs get fixed in a heartbeat." and basically that build was from ages ago January, so dont worry.... Well, having paid for the "limited" edition up front, I treated myself to some actual bonus content and downloaded that version, maybe play with the editor, check out how far along the game was back then.

The nano catalyst bug was there. The bug that COULDN'T escape play testing was there three months before release in the BUILD that couldn't have escaped play testing.

I apologize for stirring the pot, but I really like this game, and I'm frustrated because I cant find a game without a hacker at 5 pm on the west coast of the US. I dont want it to die. I dont want to go play army. Patch and promo please?

Yes but did the people building rome hype it up to be the best thing since the and make everyone pay for a finished product, when it wasn't finished?

THAT'S RHETORICAL DON'T ANSWER IT.

Let's ignore the last line,

Yes Rome was hyped. It did make it's citizens and its occupied provinces pay for living in it. It did say it was the greatest bestest empire to ever exist other then the formidable "Pink Unicornia".

You are great as well, you always pool conclusions out of your ass. Anyway, if you didn't pay attention i do agree with many people who have problems or help to those who need it,maybe if you wasn't blind tool you would notice it. But i do bash people who post some nonsense like Modsuki who start to generalize everything or any one else who try to troll with his story of broken games and perfection. Anyway on another hand you are accusing me of being blind fan boy while you are blind hater... ironic as always.

Ps. Good job boy on copy&paste pictures, school really teach you something more than repeating same moaning over and over like broken toy.

lol - what conclusions am I "pooling" out of my ass? The fact that the game is pretty much dead? The fact that all the games numerous issues killed it? The fact that Crytek hasn't even announced they are going to bother to fix any of the problems?

Please, clue me in.

For those who can't play the damn multiplayer... don't worry. You're not missing out. I've reached level 50... unlocked a lot of things, nano rebooted, and still got bored with the game.

The multiplayer for PC is dying as we speak. I tried one last time to play. I've seen only like about 5 servers in North America that have players in them... that's not a lot if you ask me.

I'm guessing it's too late for Crytek. They already lost their PC player base. I'm afraid I'm one of them now.

You make absolutely no sense. I hope you realize that.

Facts:
Game has lots of problems with multiplayer (you don't experience them, that's great!)
Game is bleeding players at alarming rate because of multiplayer problems
Multiplayer is all but dead at this point
Crytek hasn't even announced they intend to fix any of the problems in multiplayer
Crytek are the ones to blame, only

So please, tell me what conclusions I'm pulling out of my ass instead of just calling me a troll. Go ahead, I insist.

P.S. I don't hate this game. In fact I like it a lot. And that's why all the problems it has piss me off. So who is the one jumping to conclusions?

ANOTHER ONE OF THESE THREADS

Be patient. Mortal Kombat 9 and Portal 2 BOTH just came out, play those if you CAN'T wait. I'm fine with Crysis 2, it works great. I'm just waiting for DX11, sandbox editor 3, and mods lol. Advanced options too, otherwise I'm happy with the game.

Ofc. it doesn't make sense for you, since you can't find your wrong conclusion out of three sentences which i quoted. I mean seriously how dummy you are? Or maybe this is another example of you being blind on other people point of view, arguments, etc.
Seriously talking to you is just pure waste of time X_X

@SilentPhenomed
Yeah i actually gonna play new Mortal Kombat, always played it and i am not gonna miss this one. On another hand instead of pewpew'ing in FPS all the time ill buy Shogun 2, it's not winter when good strategy is perfect for long nights but still wanna play it :3 Ouu and Witcher 2 is coming out soon, game will blow minds of RPG fans ;)

I'm not blind to other peoples opinions. I understand you're fine with the current state of the game. Now please address the facts that I presented to you and tell me what I'm pulling out of my ass.

If all is right in the world of Crysis 2 why is the multiplayer side of the game bleeding players like no other game I've ever seen? Please answer.

And once again you continue to insult me because I disagree with you. That's always a good way to win arguments. -.-

Why am i paying full price for a game that is not fully developed? Do you see the inequality there? No? Then stfu cuz your retarded.
And where is in hell universe wrote that you must pay for the fully developed game only? There only said about that "if the game will not work, you can return it or replace it with a working copy". It seems workable to me. I finished the main part of the game that is SP, without a problem. And I'm happy. Then I've started the additional part that is MP. Man are you know that stalker have 6!!! patches for fixing MP?

The multi-player have bugs, and some bugs have SP. But they will be fixed like in the other games.
1) If you're bought that game then, you have known what you are buying. If you bought it without knowing about what you're buying, you are "rare man" :D
2) Maybe there is a time to stop complaining about money? You've already bought that product, and you're don't returned it, cause it's works. (all the problems are fixing with time, just like in other games, this game is not an exception)
3) No DX 11? **** MAN!!! Do you know how much in the hell world there are games with only 9th DX??? There is a damn cloud of that games. You will be complaining about all that games? Dev's can say " That there will no support for higher DX in that games". So crytek may not also create patch for 11 DX. But they creating it. That means "something"!

Stop complaining. Your complaining only makes you feel great, and that's only that complaining do. You just need the time to get the game without bugs, errors or something like that. Just like in other games, crysis 2 is not an exception.

Like I already said "They just cant understand. That's why they demanding "Perfection" when they live in imperfect world."

Seriously if you can't use common sense to recognize out of 3 sentences (which you wrote by the way) which one can be take as an conclusion then there is no point in talking with you about it. Because even if i point it with my finger and draw a big f.... circle around it, you still wont understand why you are wrong.

And here is another example of you not listening to people or jumping into wrong assumptions... NO ONE said that everything is fine or working flawlessly, so sorry i can't answer on something which isn't truth.
There are two kinds of people, those who are aware of problem, they accept that, inform tech support about it and move on. And there is second group of people who, are aware of problems, can't accept them and are raging over forum posting in any thread where someone syas that C2 is good or bash anyone who say something good about game/company. You and many other people who disagree with any good work about Crytek or Crysis 2 belong to that second group, so there is no point in talking to someone who behave like that and recognize only his own arguments as a valid facts.

You loosed the dogs on yourself. There's NOTHING obvious about telling another advlt (stranger) to be patient. If a passive posture over being taken advantage of works for you then fine, but keep it to yourself in polite company.
OK boss. It's your time, your world.

Aww, don't be a pvssy. You started this, and here I was thinking that Russians were tough customers. As it is you come off like a hypocritical cry-baby. If I decide to criticize Crytek for releasing a half-backed product I will, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it, "boss." Live with that.

Crytek to the consumer

"Your money is now our money and WE WILL SPEND IT ON DRUGS!!!!"

Seriously though, I got what I expected from this game, I love it, and I'd love to see the more nagging bugs, but I have confidence to believe they will, if they don't show support for their flagship product I can't see me buying another crytek title though.
