CTD. [FOMM, NVSE]

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 1:01 am

Sure enough, I've finally caught up with the demons of CTD. I'm running updated FOMM and NVSE per usual. I get to the "Obsidian Entertainment" screen card and promptly crash to desktop with a Windows XP Error Message.

It should be said that I have recently disabled and removed the Grenade Hotkey mod. I updated Unified UI to accommodate this. Grenade Hotkey is simply unnecessary now with Project Nevada.

Here is my load order.

Seems like an .ini issue, but as I lack expert experience in the matter, I could be wrong.
Definitely a .ini issue. Disabled all mods and still CTD'd at the exact same point. Any idea how to fix it still from here?

Delete your ini files and let Steam redownload them. That'll revert you to the defaults.
