CTD in Whiterun : V

I have a ctd as I approach Whiterun. I'm not sure what is causing it either. I've uninstalled both Open Cities and Claralux and i still get it on approach to the city. So far it seems to occur when i get near the first set of buildings that line the road on rout from Riverwood. I even started a new character to see if it was an issue with a save but it still persisted.

Remove the mods that modify meshes. That should be the first place you look. Meshes are known to cause CTD with Skyrim.
