My Purity quest shows complete. Farkas is cured. I still have 4 witch heads in my inventory. I can't activate the fire to purify myself. I've tried waiting 24 hours. I've tried zoning in / out. I'm on the PS3 if that matters. I don't want to be a werewolf anymore. I only joined the companions to get the nice axe at the end. Is this quest bugged? My autosaves are all recent and I'd lose about 2-3 hours game time to go back to my last manual save. Quick saving on the PS3 is a chore so I don't do it that often. I guess I'll do that if that's my only option to go back to normal form. Is there some way to go back and start all of this over again?

I could really use some help on this. Anyone have any tips? Thanks!

if you had the 4 witch heads in your inventory when you cured farkas, drop the 4 you have left somewhere and try getting a new one. other than that, backing up to a prior save seems like the only option since you are on ps3

Wow, wow wow. We can cure the others ? What! I never had that opion, atlast I can purge the companions for good. If Aela dosent accept the cure she shll be killed... Unless she is esential... Damnit you win this one Aela.

Farkas asked me to cure him as soon as I became the harbinger and everyone was back at the upside down viking ship. I read some crazy thing on the wiki that involves going back to an old save and repeating the steps in a different manner. I'm gonna try and find that article again and give that a shot when I get done work. I imagine a bug like this on the PS3 will likely never be fixed by Bethesda with all they have on their plate for this platform. Thank you for your responses. I'll update my post if I have any success in curing my lycanthropy.

Well aslong as she dosent spread that curse, Im ok with her staying as a wolf. Companions should be purified and go to soverngarde. Aela can be stuck with Hircine. Personally I would rather find way to get into Snguines domain, assuming its anything like his quest.
