ncr had major problems with caesers legion. they didnt really use guns so....

The Empire reminds me too much of the Romans, and I never liked the Romans.

The NCR is just corrupt, powerhungry and deceitful.

Thalmor and Enclave could perhaps join forces for a while, and defeat their common enemy. Enclave takes Earth, Thalmor takes Tamriel. Power armor and superior magic, now that's a combination.
