I never played around with the G.E.C.K. in Fallout3, however now im playing with New Vegas i wanted to "personalise" it a little.
Meaning customize my character, with hair, a proper face, possible clothing etc etc...

The problem is, i scoured the internet high and low, but cant find how this works.

Can i use files from Fallout 3 in New Vegas?
How can i make a new "preset" so from character creation i can make a good character?
Can i access the character creator already on a made character?

Im sure these questions have been asked before but couldn't find em on this forum, if anyone can help.. it would be appreciated
