Custom Item Mesh Crashes CK

Okay, so I'm trying to make a halo, and this is how I went about it. Basically I took a circlet's world model (specifically circlet10, the ruby and gold) and dawnbreaker and opened them up side by side in NifSkope. I copied the FX branch from the Dawnbreaker (Block -> copy branch) and pasted it into the BSFadeNode for the circlet. What renders in my NifSkope window is the light from dawnbreaker in the middle of a circlet (eventually I want to delete out the circlet bits so that all we're left with is the halo). Unfortunately, when I go into my base item and attempt to load this as the world model, my CK immediately crashes.

How can I fix this? I really want my Halo to render properly, as it serves as the final reward for my quest mod.
