[HELP] Custom NPCs, Level Scaling, Face Gen

I am probably doing this wrong, so any insight would probably be helpful. I created a new enemy, named it "LvlSkoomaGhostMelee1HMale", but I doubt just naming a new actor will get it to level scale and carry a 1H (I had to add an Iron Sword myself.) How do I make it so my custom enemy will scale to the player's level, and how do I create a random face gen much like the bandits? I plan on it being a bunch of skoom'd up Argonian ghosts, but as of right now I've only figured out how to configure the papyrus scripts to allow the Argonians to show up like a ghost. I tried checking the Creation Kit wiki, but I probably keep missing it or I'm obviously not looking in the right place! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! :smile:
