Yes i know the standard answer is no one knows.

However i hope the geck or something like it for FNV is released immediately so i can import my custom facegen and textures into a new race and get myself in the game.

Yes, the GECK will be shipped on the game disc(s) and will be available for download immediately upon release.

i just hope using a custom race wont cause intermittent problems like it did in F3 (like with broken steel)
