Ah, you're thinking of the Ebony Blade, a Daedric Artifact.

It's weird. It's a One-handed using a two-handed mesh. Or was it two-handed using a one-handed mesh? Anyway, you get it as part of Mephala's Daedric Quest, I beleive.

The Ebony Blade is a 2h weapon that uses 1h perks. Needs to be fixed. But it's there for both the consoles and the PCs.

Well there's a whole set of Ebony weapons, which BTW, the Ebony blade is NOT part of.

The Ebony Blade is a daedric artifact. Notice I capitalized "The Ebony Blade" to show that's the actual name of the weapon.

Then there are weapons made from the material called "ebony." The swords look katana enough, though probably closer to a scimitar or sabre of sorts.
