So I had the initial bug where breaking into honningbrew meadery before the thieves guild causes the dampened spirits quest to never initiate (I would finish loud and clear, but whenever I would talk to Maven in the Bee and Barb nothing relevant would initiate). After the patch today, she is now completely missing. Not at the Bee and Barb (upstairs or downstairs), not at the Black Briar Meadery, and nowhere around riften that I've looked so far. I'm on PS3 so I can't bypass this issue. Anyone else find any way around this?
