I completed Hail Sithis and did the full expansion on the Dawnstar Sanctuary. There are two initiates there, but the only dialog option I get is "No thanks. I don't need anything right now" I thought they were supposed to be followers. Have I missed something, or is this a bug?

Either it's a bug, or you have another follower already.

AH! I do have another follower. Thanks!!

stil strange tho normaly for me the option is stil there on other folowers but after clicking that say "you already have someone folowing you" with appropriate changes for disposition and mood.
