Just finished the quest line last night. I liked it a lot better than Oblivions.

You are aware that this is the Cheats, Hints and Spoilers section, yes? You should be expecting them. Especially since the OP gave away the entire questline.

I liked their quest line in Skyrim and it's nice that you can continue to assasinate in the name of the DB. However, I think the overall quests quality were better in Oblivion and the additional rewards for completing bonus objectives, was more prominent and fun.

Eh, I liked Oblivion's DB quests more. Skyrim's Thieves Guild on the other hand is waaaay better in imo.

It was really interesting, I was pleased with it. I liked the overall sense of humor with everyone when you first join. Nazir's sarcasm with contract completions was hilarious.

I read the title and thought this was a thread about Redguards.

Only complaint I have about DB questline is the lack of dungeon crawling. Oh, that and the fact that I couldn't save Astrid to make her my subject for eternity.

I thought the quests themselves had a better storyline, although, I liked how in Oblivion, you could get by without killing anyone (except the target) and never get a bounty, like a true stealth assassin. Instead, there are quests where sneaking to the target was near impossible, (too many mercs, it felt more like a dungeon crawl than an inflitration mission) and there were quests were you pretty much HAD to be found and had to have a bounty, but overall, the story was better.

Well, you can if you destroy the brother hood and dead thrall her.

She makes a great bedroom decoration...
