Alright, something happened along the way and everything is really dark now even during the day. (No, it's not the brightness setting or anything). If I revert to a (much) older save, everything goes back to normal. But I don't want to go back this far.

Is there any code or anything I can enter to get things back? It's pretty much unplayable.

Did it start to happen after leaving the camp guardian caves ?? This has happened to a few people where the screen turns all hazy and dark ..unfortunately there is no way to fix this except by reverting to an older save ...the game is still bugged hopefully more patches are coming !! until then always remember to manually save occasionally to save yourself a lot of grief ...sorry to say but the only way I was able to fix the problem you have was to go back to a previous save
