I have never had trouble installing mods with Morrowind, Oblivion and fallout 3 until now it might something simple what I am overlooking but I can not find New Vegas data files, I installed the game by disk and crappy steam. :brokencomputer:

They're in your Steam/Steamapps/common/fallout new vegas/data files folder.
