I wouldn't think so; the point of the survey is to be able to choose a variety of different types of players that will collectively cover all of the bases in Dawnguard. Simply, they want to know if there are any problems that show up for unique character types or player styles.

Yep. The beta doesn't count towards the month. Microsoft did sign on to the factor of it being a Exclusive to 360 for a months time, on its RELEASE.
