I just though about that too... I'd say something 500ish.

yeah i'd say probably 1000 at the most considering a lot of the people just signed up to play the beta and probably won't post any bugs if they do find them

Not all layman are like that. Some are interested in the forums, like me.

Same to that, I love the forums! I have one friend I can talk to about Skyrim, nobody else gets, and just sees it as a nerdy game... so I think the forums are brilliant.

And unlike some other forums, coughtestdriveunlimited2cough, people actually answer posts that other members put up on here. Or demand you "change your avatar, brah".

Do any of you know how many keys they are going to give out? I'm thinking 200-500.

Really? I was thinking more like 2,000. They have millions of players. For a public beta to be effective, you need a sample size that is large enough and diverse enough to be representative of the total population -- how else can you expect the beta testers to actually thoroughly test every possible play style (and therefore, find as many bugs as possible)?

This is how I normally play anyway. I'd only continue this very complicated and delicate play-style for the expansion.
