Vampire lord. Use all sorts of magic and if the werewolf does manage to get close escape with bats or use mist form.

I would assume Vampire. Between bats (Whirlwind Sprint) Summon Gargoyle, that... energy ball thingy, possible Vampire Grip if it can lift the Werewolf, and the Mist (Become Ethereal) I just can't see how the Werewolf would win, even with all it's fancy new stuff.
