No you wont be getting codes today, will be tomorrow. would make sense if you read all the old threads...

and yes, by now they already have a list of who will be playing the beta.

also if you think about it, bethesda isnt dumb. at least 15% of the newer ppl wont be getting the beta if beth is smart because around 15% made accounts just for beta and then neverr messed with their accounts again...so yet again, your odds are higher then you think

I made two new characters yesterday and leveled them up to 15 just for dawn guard. One for each of the quest lines, just so i could get the experance of playing dawnguard from both high lvl and low lvl for both quests. And to see if there is a big diffrence between playing the regualar quests with dawnguard installed.
