For some reason the moth priest keeps attacking everyone, even if I yield or knock him down. I have also tried reloading a save. I did the level 81 glitch and invested all my stuff in health and stamina so the highest illusion spell I can do is calm, which doesn't work on him. This is literally a Dawnguard breaking bug because the moth priest will always be on the ground like he is wounded so you can't speak to him. When he gets back up as I said earlier you can not interact with him because he attacks you. Does anyone know how to fix this.

where are you and what faction are you playing... if you are a vampire lord then you have to use vampiric seduction and feed on him but if you doing dawngaurd idk ill have to look into it. you might have to exit cell and renter or wait outside cell and then go back in...

I am in the Dawnguard faction and in Fort Dawnguard. I have tried leaving the cell and going back, in but that only fixes half of the problem. When I enter the cell again he stands back up but still attacks people. Maybe if I go to broken fang cave infect myself and wait until I am stage three I can use seduction just to calm him long enough so I can get the dialogue I need. Then I just cure myself. I know this sounds very confusing.

I had that problem with serana. After awhile i got annoyed and attacked her till she got on her knees and i kept mashing the interact button while she was standing up which managed to make her talk and stopped her going psycho. Worked for me, so worth a try

I believe having Serana with you has something to do with it. I've had this problem and so I tell her to wait at the cave entrance and free the priest on my own.

Serena won't leave the Dawnguard fortress until the priest gives his little speech. I am going to try to mash the interact button like Scoug said. Maybe if I find enchanted items that raise magic high enough I can use stronger spells.
