Dawnguard-Gameinformer details #2

I really hope I get in, especially now that I know I can FINALLY beef up my werewolf.

and interesting note: it seems more totems of Hircine were added in. This leads me to believe these upgrades will be accessible through the companions.
Yes. Me too! I think there will be new totems also. "Totem of the Moon."

Geez. So far in the Elder Scrolls we have the following; Totem of Claw and Fang(Bloodmoon), Totem of Brotherhood, Totem of Fear, Totem of the Hunt and the Totem of the Moon. What more?

Testing does svck at least you will be able to record it, if you cannot record it all that is what YouTube is for right?

I would like to see this Harkon he probably found his way out of the Soul Cairn. If that's the case he could be Lord of the Volkihair vampires and they have returned from there as well in full force.
Yeah, that will be good.

Maybe. In the preview, you can see him standing when a portal to the Soul Cairn opens up leading to that dimension.

Looking at the Vampire Lord perk tree, it looks like it isn't a skill, so I assume you'll gain perks another way.

It sounds as if perks will be based on kills and experience earned during transformation. If true, then, yes, you will.

That is what I am thinking, returned vampires back from nowhere the Soul Cairn seems like the logical choice on where they came from I cannot wait explore this place I wonder how much of it there is to explore.

Pretty much this, its going to be an animation not some free floating swarm of bats, but anyways it does sound exciting, I am certainly going to explore new avenues of.play with my vampire I certainly forsee some new characters coming I might skank our a werewolf now that I have more incentive to do so.
This was my intent, as I stated earlier. I became a Werewolf just to see what it was like...I couldn't get cured fast enough. Now it may actually be appealing.

In the original thread in a link it said something about you progress based on your actions as a vampire or werewolf which is fitting as this is a disease.

Yes there was not really an incentive before it seemed more if a headache managing your transformation and not being seen by the populace but with the new perks for them they night now actually be worthwhile, game changers are excellent and with werewolves this looks to be the case.

Level up the vampire/werewolf skill trees by killing/feeding

but why would you level a character to 81?

Ghosts. We can see some in the preview. And maybe we can feed on them, according to Harkon.

I think there might be tweaked dialogue for vampiric players. Like how Alva has extra dialogue if you are a vampire.

I will level three of my main characters to 81 when I make them call it being OCD, but for me its fun.

Unless you know where to look, you will just have to trust us that it is confirmed. :)

EDIT: Not to mention I also play on the PC.

I gotta admit, I have been playing Dark souls on PS3 for the last month, so my xbox time is lagging behind.

But that is because the only thing I have had to do on xbox is wait for Dawnguard.

Once Dawnguard comes out well, my friends and family won't be seeing me for a while.
