Here's what I got from the article:
- The leader of the Vampires is named Harkon.
- The Vampires are the Volkihar.
- The Dawnguard give you new weapons and armour to fight the Vampires. The Volkihar give you new Vampiric powers, one heals and counts as feeding.
- You can switch between Vampire Lord and your normal form at will. It's not restricted like Lycanthopy.
- Werewolf and Vampire perk trees.
- One Vampire perk was the Force Choke-like ability we saw in the trailer. It drains health.
- Another was the swarm of bats we saw in the trailer.
- One Werewolf perk, "Totem of the Moon" allows werewolves to summon werewolf allies with a howl.
- New dragon type: Legendary Dragons, more powerful than the Ancient Dragons of vanilla.
- Other new enemies: Armoured Trolls, Death Hounds, and Gargoyles. The Gargoyle was the enemy that broke through the wall in the trailer.
- Crossbows: Quick shots that can stagger enemies, they reload slower than bows, and are part of the Archery skill, all perks transfer over.
- The dark ghostly area in the trailer was the Soul Cairn.
- A new NPC is added to the Ratway. This NPC lets you change your character's appearance.

- Dragonbone Weapons.
- New Shout: Soul Tear - Raise a defeated enemy as an undead minion, similar to the "zombie" spells of vanilla.
- The DLC is not meant for low level characters.
Edit: Just saw someone else posted this, feel free to delete.
I typed "Dawnguard info in new Gameinformer" in the searchbar and there were no results.
