Dawnguard: Let's not pick favorites.

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 9:25 pm

Okay so Dawnguard, Vampires, Vampire Lords, Vampire Hunters. Yes, we get it. And I'm excited! But once the DLC is over, and everyone has played through it quite a bit the option to Werewolves will be wanted back by some others.

I'm hoping we can turn back into a werewolf, and I'm hoping that the option to freely change into, and out of the Beast Form becomes available like the Vampire Lord.

I'm not ranting, I'm just hoping someone agrees with me. I understand that the Werewolves got a little more attention this time around in Skyrim, but that's just because they were left out of Oblivion. I'm excited they're back! And the Vampire Lord looks fun, and makes being a Vampire look even more fun! I just hope the Werewolves aren't done and over with.
I know there's the Lycanthropy perk tree now, I just hope they get some cool stuff too like the Vampire Lords.

I believe becoming a VL cures your lycanthropy... and then you can't get it back, so any character you want to stay were-wolf should join Dawnguard... i guess that gives us a reason to play the seemingly "under-powered compared to VLs" side of the DLC.

Who said the DG was under powered? They only seem that way because we dont really know that much about them. Bethesda just wanted to show off the new cool vampire lords and how powerful they are. We dont know that much about the DG so dont count them out yet.

True, I imagine being on the Dawnguard's side and then being cornered by a bunch of vampires and then turning into a werewolf to even the odds.

I hope there's some type of Van Helsing clothing! A nice Witch Hunter's hat, and a armored-looking trench coat.
