any word on if we get a new house or followers?

I have heard that player can get a castle (Volkihar castle or Dawnguard castle depending on players choice in questline). Anyway that's what I have read somewhere here on forums and have nothing to prove it.

Apparently if you side with Dawnguard you can get an ARMORED TROLL FOLLOWER!!!!!ONEONEELEVEN!
