When Dawnguard is released for the PC, will we be able to buy it from the vendor of our choice?

This is a slightly different question from the existing thread concerning Eastern Europe.

There are serious objections to Steam (which we need not repeat here). I've never bought anything directly from them, and would prefer not to start now.

For players in the EC, there is the additional consideration that Steam is much more expensive than Amazon, so we wouldn't want to help them to gain market share by buying anything offered on a non-competitive basis.

Unless it's GOTY edition sometime, it will be steam most likely since it's DLC and i buyed a lot from steam no problem at all.
