Okay, I found my museum pamphlet on the ground by the door of the Winterhold Inn. I remember dropping it because it started the quest for it. Now, that I'm level 55(I reloaded an old save and saw the quest in my log) But, now, when I go into my quest log I don't have the quest and I have the pamphlet which won't activate the quest.
