So, I just kill a Blood Dragon that was attacking Riverwood. Here is a coolio screenshot of that.

After I kill him, I travel to Soljund's Sinkhole, a mine in the Reach. And then something falls on me. I don't lose any health, but you know when you're inside of a mammoth and looking out? It's kind of like that. I move out and this is what I see:

Note, this is a Dragon. Not the Blood Dragon I killed in Riverwood. This guy doesn't have anything on him, and he doesn't disintegrate or give me a soul, or anything like that. It can, however, be moved around easily by grabbing it.
Anyone else experienced this? I traveled again, and it didn't follow me. Just a little curious.

Yeah I have one of those, I call him Dave. Dave the dragon resides in Whiterun and randomly spawns somewhere in town. He sometimes likes to play hide and seek by spawning under the small arch at the main gate or behind the general store. But most times he is just really happy to see me and spawns in the main street right ahead of me to say "Hello!".

Do dragons get in heat? This may be what is happening here. Look at the way it's languidly rubbing its body against the ground.

You guys are having fun with this, however it is a cell render issue. One of the last things to appear in a cell is the characters, either NPCs or Animals/Enemies. This can include corpses. You can see this effect if say you wait in the Jarls Great Room for when they show up in the morning then see them pop in. So, you entered a cell and the dragon was either scripted to show up or, it was a dead dragon that you had already killed in that cell.

Now, as to why it is a dragon body and not a corpse is weird.

I have one at the collage. As I was leaving one of the building I noticed he was gone. Then He dropped from the sky and made me jump because he made all kinds of noise....
