So everytime I go to BoS bunker and I get to the point where the smoke comes and then I suppose some kinda intro video is supposed to come, but the game always crashes at that point. I've tried starting the quest without any items and companions also: Same result.

In Honest Hearts everytime I get to the point where I have less than 75 pounds and talk to the guy in the caves and say to him I'm ready to go the game crashes just like in Dead Money. I think this is the point where some sort of intro video is supposed to start also.

I've read something about quest items causing crashes and Archive invalidation. I'm not using any mods and I have all the updates so please guys help me.
