Okay so I am 94 hours into my may game, and I have a problem. This time i will not give up on this thoroughly the countless freezing and exploring I've done. This is just like oblivion after the stupid expansion pack, i had over 120 hrs in thqt game ..and said screw it because of the stupid vampire curse.

Anyways I'm on the last quest for dead money and i have just killed the elder, ever since entering the vault from the elevator my health has rapidly declined to the point where i have 10 seconds before i die. Anyways this makes no sense at all, i can finish The final quest and make it to the main gate of Sierra Madre then during the cutscene i die.. I only have enough stimpaks to make it there . I ve tried a couple of things, hasnt worked.

I must say I've never heard of this bug.
My best advice would be to reload a previous save from before you entered the vault, only a few areas of the vault are thickly contaminated with the cloud and I doubt your jumping down into those pits. I'm actually astounded you made it through the vault with your health declining do fast. I'm assuming you don't have a save from before entering the vault, you could use the vending machine in the vault to get more stimpacks.

Also try toggling hardcoe on and off.


P.S Game stability can be improved by never overwriting a save file. (including autosaves). It also guarentees you have a long list of saves to fall back on utill you manually delete them.

Hey well thanks for the advice thats the problem.. stupid me i had a couple of saves, but i figured that this was suppose to be doing this, so I started saving over everything in hopes it would correcr itself after a reload. Well after 3 days and 15hours none of it worked. Problem is I've sold every chip for stimpaks ..my equipment whatever i could. I was told that there was one way.. to unistall the dlc, and reinstall it and it should reset itself, i did it three times and nothing.
