1.05 Dead Money?

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 8:04 pm

Dead Money seems to be non-functional with 1.05, like it's not even registering on the menu as being installed.

Disregard, after a few restarts it now works fine, dunno how to delete posts.

The same thing is happening to me and since i store everything in the Abandoned Brotherhood Bunker I've lost everything that I've stored including the gold bars. So I just restart it a few times and it will fix it??

Apparently, the the patch did something to the load order. I'm hearing of others having success with deleting the dlc from your hard drive (BUT NOT THE SAVE!!!) and reinstalling it post patch. Try that, but remember "do not delete the corresponding save, just the dlc pack itself."

Same here and I'm still looking for a way to fix this. Any other suggestions?

Did you guys delete the DLC? I wouldn't since you can't get it back until PSN returns. Only thing I'd try would be deleting the game data utility, then re-installing it.

Other people are saying that starting a new game fixes the problem. If you start a new file, move around a bit and get the Sierra Madre message, then load one of your other files. You'll still get the warning about it being DLC related, but it should load.

I started a new character and everything and the Sierra Madre signal hasn't showed up yet and no trace of the DLC is in the game. And i didn't delete the DLC either....

PS3 Version, updated to 1.05. I have Dead Money and four of the pre-order pack DLC's. Before the update, they would all show up in my Downloadable Content list. Now that list is empty. Also my Dead Money saves are all gone as well! Any idea whats going on with this?
