After watching countless gameplay videos of this a few nights ago, I decided I simply must own this game. So I ordered it.

It's a survival horror game with cruddy graphics, weird dialogue, odd random driving scenes, a town to free-roam, over-the-shoulder clunky gunplay, more weird dialogue, random fishing and darts minigames, and I'm sure a bunch of other odd stuff mish-mashed into a game that's apparently about 40 hours long.

Has anyone played it? It looks terribly awesome. Or awesomely terrible. Or possible awfully terrible. Take your pick. I'll find out when it arrives in a few days I guess.

Surprisingly, I've heard nothing but awesome comments about this game. I've actually been wanting to play it for quite some time now, still waiting until I can get it for cheap though.

I HAVE PLAYED IT

My friend had it. He beat it over and over, and finally gave it to me. I must say, the game has an amazing yet extremely odd storyline, and weird gameplay. But it's just too damn hilarously bad (sometimes on purpose, other times not) to miss out on!

From what I've heard, it's the video game version of a B-list horror movie. Sounds pretty cool to me.

Its the game that's so bad it's good if that makes sense.

For all of the utterly bad gameplay aspects, the game is something straight out of Twin Peaks, mixed with a heavy dose of awesome B-list horror movie. You don't play it for the game, you play it for all the dialog and the experience.

One of my favorite games. Sort of Shenmue meets Twin Peaks, which is awesome. Come for the characters, story, and atmosphere. The gameplay is less than stellar, but the overall package is so worthwhile.

The protagonist is one of the most memorable and likable I have seen in a game.

This is so cool I can not even begin to describe it.

Learnt about it back when it came out, have wanted to play it ever since. Unfortunately, not having a 360 kind of limits that.
