If so many of you insist as playing as Engineers the least you could do is learn to play and learn the best way to use the engineer on each map.
When the first objective is blow the gate (or conduit/door) move the hell out of the way and let the Soldier get there first, don't run with him and cause the "three stooges" issue where we all stick together.
When the bot is still being escorted through the spawn by someone else you don't need to help, move to the front and set up a turret. It only takes one person to escort and nobody else can get the extra guns on the battlefield.
When the bot is broken, fix it. It won't fix its self.
When you step on a mine, think about defusing it instead of stepping off and blowing your teammates up.
When the main objective is a repair, grow a pair of balls and do it. Your progress won't be lost once it's there, but if you never try it's not going to go up.
Don't upgrade the guy hacking/planting/repairing unless all your defenses are up and no enemies are around, staring at my back while it gets shot doesn't help and I can't shoot back so I don't need the upgrade right now.
Stop building their MG nests. If it points at the direction that we come from, it's best not to let them use it. Leave it there and get your XP elsewhere.
Point your turret somewhere useful, and when you're on the attack lay mines behind us so we don't get flanked. If you're not using them you're wasting them.
Thanks
