Camels are also soft footed compared to horses. - easily susceptible to caltrops.

Also camels can be dikes.

A friend of mine used to be a horse-entity (can't remember what they're called, people who look after horses: stable-thingies) and she described horses as basically being the mind of a sheep in a body that was far too powerful for that level of intelligence.

I have no idea about the speed differences, but I've heard that camels stink, and they like to hawk loogies at people. So horses win all the way round for me. :unsure:

Horses stink as well, and that camels spit at people instantly makes them better than horses!
