Decapitation?!

recently when i get finishing moves ive been cutting peoples heads clean off... like the blood mess perk from Fallout. any ideas why?

It's a finishing move for your specific weapon(s) of choice.

It's an effective way of smiting enemies who are naughty in thine sight? I dunno really, I guess because it's "spectacular" and it's the only dismemberment feature carried over from Fallout, it seems.

What perk is it?


There's one for 1H and one for 2H.
Both are +25% damage to standing power attacks + chance of decapitation, but they're called different things in each tree.

Wow! How could anyone get through that game with hearing that annoying voice all the time? I would hope that character comes with a mute button.

Mace decaps are the best thing, ever. Makes you feel like you have some big muscles when you knock someone's head clean off their shoulders.

It has came out to be a perfect finisher at times. I beheaded the guy right in front of Dagon's Shrine and laid him on the alter. Wish I had a way of recording it for youtube though.

How come theres only decapitations? You'd expect that when you hit someone with an axe or great sword, their arm would be sliced off or somthing...
