I am having a hard time finding the default spells "healing" & "flames" I want to add and remove specific "default" spells at the very start of the game like Bethesda Did.

In the CK list click Actors/Actor then in the filter type Player, go to the players starting spells, right click spells to get options. (i hope thats what you wanted).
