I have defeated Alduin,, does that mean i finished the main story quest? I have also finished the Companions, Thieves Guild, Stormcloaks liberations and College of Winterhold campaigns. Is there any more lesser main quests to do?

what did you mean by stormcloak liberations? Are you refferring to only doing the stormcloak campaign in the civil war? If so, why not try restarting the game and doing the Imperial faction? Or better yet, start a new game but don't attempt to continue in the MQ once you escape Helgen. Instead go off on your own and freelance in the world. But this time around, try these quests if you haven't done them already:

DB questline
Temple quests
dungeon quests (you have the opportunity to meet and marry 2 NPCs while doing these, but I forget which dungeons)
Bards College quests
Daedric Quests
Treasure Hunter quests
Thane quests

any other side/miscellaneous/favor quests you didn't have time to do because you're too focused on MQ completion. If you do the Thane quests you'll end up doing most of these by default

Here are some other personally initiated quests

checkout the mods that are on Nexus. They have some real nice houses and other content that will greatly improve your gameplay.

If you haven't already, buy all the houses in the game (without using perks from smithing, alchemy, enchanting)

try playing as a vampire

see how many NPCs you can get married to within an arbitrary set time like a month or so.

This would invovle getting creative with ways to make your current spouses "dissappear" so you're free to use Mara's amulet again OR

Use cheats and see how many NPCs (male or female) you can marry over a certain amount of time.

Be the biggest hoarder in Skyrim and amass a collection of all the best armor. weapon types, gems etc you can find in the game

store all the dead bodies you encounter around town in your house and throw a thrall party

just hang out, camping around Skyrim ie hunting, fishing, doing some smithing/alchemy on the side. Try to help out NPCs in random world encounters. But use weapons like the wabberjack on Thalmor, or a giant

play as a complete pacifist and try not to kill anything

play DID

Daedric quests, side quests. Good to have the official game guide to look for a quest.

Here's the UESP Wiki quest list page if you don't have the guide book this may help in finding things that you haven't done http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Quests
