Delete scripts? : V

Hi.

How can I delete scripts from my mod?
I don't mean removing scripts from an object; I mean completely deleting them from the mod.

You have to find them in the Scripts folder under your Data folder. Delete the sources from the Source folder also.

Oh.
So the scripts doesn't follow with the .esp file? Meaning if I forget to add them to the .rar file; they won't work at all?

Yes. Scripts are saved separately now.

What happens if I accidentally remove one of Skyrim's vanilla scripts? For example "BladeOfWoeScript.psc"

Vanilla scripts are packed in a BSA file. It would be really difficult to delete one of them accidentally.

Go to Steam and 'verify cache' on the CK.

Make sure you've got a backup of ALL your changes before doing that though.

Those psc are just for reference - they are not used by the game engine - it uses the compiled pex versions inside the released BSAs.
