Hi guys,

was just wonder if anyone else has had this problem. I was doing the first mission for delphine when she seen me kill some one I met on the road a thief trying to rob me. what happened was I talked my way out of the thief robbing me and when he went to walk away I said feck it and killed him, and now delphine keeps attacking me when the whole time, I've tried a reload, gone done other missions and come back and still she attacks.
when I killed the thief it came up and I had killed the last withness and thus have no bounty so cant turn myself in to pay for my 'crime'.

anyone come across something like this and come up with a solution?

Yes this happened to me and it was very frustrating. There is nothing you can do, she will never stop attacking you and you won't be able to continue the Quest. The only thing you can do is reload an earlier save and avoid attacking anyone past the bandit hold. Trust me I had to do this.

She's marked essential, so she can't die. Knock her down, and see if she attacks you when you get back up? Or knock her down and then leave the area? *shrug*

simmilar thing hapened to me but not with delfine for me it was the storm cloack secound in comand in the quest to retrive the dragon crown i would join up with the group and he would just atck me for no reason had to reload several times till it worked
