I remember playing Doom way back in the day before the hearing about this new game called Descent that was suppose to be an all new user experience. OH BOY WAS IT!!! I was so enamored by the game that I wrote to gamesas telling them how much I liked it. I said "If you still have Doom loaded on your hard-drive your're just wasting space". They wrote back and asked if they could use my quote during there advertising campaign. Of course I was like heck yeah!!

I remember have a bunch of mutli-player games going in the office . Man those were great times!!! Our boss would come by and say hey "What are ya'll doing during work hours?" and we reply playing descent LOL. He was cool and even joined in a couple of times.

I remember playing Descent LAN games during lessons in high school, I kicked everyone ass
Playing Descent literally changed my life,
This game is the reason I got "into" computers.
Because of that ,I worked on computers during my army service and
Now at the old old age of 29 I'm a computer engineer.

I remember playing a lot of fun games during these days , Doom ,Quake ,Hexen ,Heretic.
But Descent was the only one who felt like much much more then just a game.
I'm not sure why' Descent was something else.
