I bought honest hearts, which is a good DLC and along my travels in Zion i found Desert Ranger Combat Armour which was really cool and at the same time curious, just wanting to know if we get to meet anymore of these Ranger Outcast in future DLCs(Old World Blues, Lonesome Road). thxs :tops: :tops:

It didn't belong to a Ranger Outcast. It belonged to a Pre-war Desert Ranger who went to hide out the war in Zion. Nothing to do with being outcast. Nothing to with the NCR Rangers.

why is he an "outcast"? Just because the word "desert" was added to the armor?

The chest plate belonged to a SGT. Vikers of the USMC. It says it right on the front of the neck. It think the survivalist pieced that together and it just happened to look like ncr desert ranger armour.

I don t think there was any armour combo like that pre war. It think it was somthing made up for NCR vet rangers to look bad ass.

I dont know, the wiki says that armor and trench coat was made by the same people who made the ncr armor, and it was made for US marines in china.But, the wiki can be edited by any one, so who knows.
