I am at the part where i need to destroy the hidden valley bunker. I cant find the self destruct computer. Also who will train me in power armor. I have finished the all the quest with the brotherhood and got them off lock down. Do i need power armor in my inventory when i ask? Sorry to post a new topic for this i just cant get a straight answer. Thanks to all that take the time to look and help.

Ask the elder if you can join the BoS and he'll train you.
