Not a spoiler. Not a freaking walkthrough. A *HINT.*

I've spent the entire day poring over the map and running around Dwemer ruins in the north (and there's only two of them: Mzinchaleft and the one near Saarthal). Look all over the coastline. Scrutinize the entire distance between the Sea of Ghosts and the Dwemer ruins in question. No joy. Nothing on the map with 'simple' or 'shield' or 'draft' in it, and nothing I can think of that answers the description. So now I humble myself and come to you hat in hand.

Feel free to be as cryptic as possible. As in 'you might try looking near thus-and-such a place, and I won't tell you the name but it looks like thus-and-so.'

I'm not good at being cryptic...the Dwemer reference is a place NEAR Dawnstar...south-ish....hope thats being cryptic
