if by a few weeks you mean like 2 years until the admins decide to delete inactive accounts, yes it'll be deleted in a few weeks

But a admin could not delete my other account ? Even if i give him proof it's mine.

Every now and then, inactive accounts get pruned. Unless it is a huge deal and you need it deleted instantly, just let it sit until the next pruning.

Correct, the direct approach through PM usually works better than posting it somewhere on the forums

As to the question, just don't use the account and the system will eventually send it off into oblivion automatically
