I'm having a problem installing the Diablo 2 LoD Hero Editor. The error looks like http://img98.imageshack.us/img98/222/unledowi.png. "Setup fatal error: Unable to generate installation log file." The Hero Editor use to work (before I quit Diablo 2), but for some reason it isn't now. A few other stuff also use to work (Open Battle.net mods/utilities), but it doesn't anymore. Something changed on my PC which resulted in all this stuff not working (I think). I'm using Windows 7, by the way.

Anyone know what's wrong? This happens with every Hero Editor (I've tried downloading from multiple sites). I'm not sure where else to look for help. The ShadowDiablo forums have been abandoned and I can't get onto the Blizzard forums.

You don't really need to know Diablo 2 to help me with this. What could cause a "Setup fatal error: Unable to generate installation log file"?
