Dialoges, Menu, General Text, NOT Working in resolution 5760 : V

Hello
I'm running Skyrim on 5760x1080, resolution is fine but all the dialoge and menu are completely broken.

I used to run Hyden's fix in order to fix the issue, but not is not working again
Any idea/fix/patch?
