Dialogue cutting out

Hello. just starting playing Skyrim again after getting my new computer. Obviously the game was bug-free before, but I'm getting a new one this time around. The problem I'm having seems to be with the random pvssyr in the world, quests and regular conversations seem to be unaffected. In the middle of whatever they happen to be saying, the audio will just cut out for a bit, and then keep going like nothing happened. It's like they get muted for a moment and then turned back on right away.

Nothing else seems to be affected, music keeps playing, random background noise keeps noising, it's just the random pvssyr, but its not even consistent within the same line. Sometimes it'll be 'but I t--- -n arrow to the knee' and next time it might be, 'but i took an arrow t- ---e knee.' Pretty light on mods still, nothing that should even mess with audio anyways, but i suppose you can never rule it out. This computer is only a few weeks old, so drivers and everything should be up to date. I guess it's not a huge thing, but it is rather annoying, breaking immersion and such. Any ideas what this could be or how to get rid of it?

I'm having the same problem and have been trying to find a solution. It seems like it's on Bethesda's end, as multiple people are reporting the same issue without any fixes popping up.

Here's a thread from the Steam forum: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2541076

Same issue there. It's really annoying. Anybody else encountered this and come up with a solution?

Just because the system is new does not gaurantee its up to date. Systems can sit on shelves and in warehouses for months after manufacturing, meaning when you buy them they require updating.

Ensure your sound drivers are up to date and the correct version for your OS.
Same again for graphics drivers.

Do you have a frame-rate limiter on? And if yes, at what value is it set?
I somehow got this exact issue when I set my frame-rate limiter to 30. I had to set it back to 59 anyway because it was giving me inventory items display lag when playing with a controller (for some reason the lag was not there with a keyboard...).

I also noticed this when using the ENB frame limiter ON + having FRAPS running in the background...

Maybe it also has something to do with all the above + vSync.
