Everything I go to the East Pump Station it doesn't get mark as I discovered it.
Has anyone had this same problem or in some other location?
I hope that their still working on another patch.

Try walking right up against the building next to where it looks like the marker has been set. I had the same problem for a minute until I did that.

Yeah, I believe you have to be against the wall, in between the buildings.

Yeah it worked! In between the two connected buildings next to the door.
