Hope this isn't considered a spoiler or anything but I did a ques earlier in the game (I am level 5 or 6 I forget) which resulted in my reputation with CL to become hated since I killed some of them. Now when I travel they send those random groups of people to kill me and they are outrageously difficult to kill. Is there an easy solution to either

A. Kill them
B. Not have them randomly appear any more

Take one of their uniforms and wear it whenever you know they're going to be around the corner.

You can go on the main quest line in vegas and it will recent your faction to neutral. Personally. I like being attacked. Everyone hates me and attacks me, and I thank them for their loot, caps and exp.

Am I the only one that doesn't get randomly attacked? I'm level 23, 40 hours playtime and most of that time I have been villified by the legion and have only been randomly attacked once and that's it?

Just got neutral with them. But after 30 hours in and being vilified the majority of the time, I was never attacked by them randomly.

Well this is their first time attacking me. I just cant seem to get far enough while traveling to my next destination before they show up saying I hurt their feelings blah blah. I am at work right now but when I get home I'll also attempt to get some companions, maybe they can kill them for me.

The assassins are only sent once. And they send them early. Someone said that you can duck in a house/room and wait them out >.>:
